The Stress Management Program (SMP) enables students to learn the skills necessary to relieve the negative consequences of stress. Through various relaxation techniques, students can learn to identify stressors and relax their mind and body. The SMP provides information and practice for these relaxation techniques. If you are interested in visiting the UCC for personal concerns, please come in between the hours of 10am and 3pm. You will be asked to complete paperwork and then you will have a brief, confidential meeting with the triage counselor who will help you determine the most appropriate and services or resources for your particular concerns. These services and resources may be best provided at the UCC or in the campus/Fort Collins community.

Our Hours:

Fall through Summer 8-5 Monday through Friday.
