Do you have questions or concerns about topics such as stress, depression, relationships, your identity and future plans, barriers to academic success, or other personal dilemmas?

Ask Pat! is an online service designed to help Colorado State University students with their questions and concerns regarding physical, mental, emotional, and relational issues. Staff members of the Hartshorn Health Service and the University Counseling Center hope that their responses to these questions will enhance the well-being of students and thereby support students in their academic endeavors.

Clicking on the link at the bottom of this page will connect you with the Ask Pat! website. From there, you may post an anonymous question, review prior responses to students' questions, or learn more about various health topics and other resources on campus. If you post a question, you can expect an answer from a caring and trained health professional within two to three weeks.

Ask Pat! is an information and referral service only. Please do not rely on Ask Pat! for help in a crisis or emergency situation. If you are in an emotional crisis, please come to the University Counseling Center at C-36 Clark (or call 491-6053) during business hours. After hours, call 491-7111 and request to speak with the Counseling Center counselor who is on-call.

Ask Pat! can supplement but not replace the value of face-to-face contact with a medical or mental health professional. If you want or need assessment or treatment for your specific concern or situation, you may arrange to meet with a care provider either at the University Counseling Center (491-6053) or at the Hartshorn Health Service (491-7121).
